I had a very good stay here! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a large TV and free nice coffee provided. The location is excellent — just a 5–10 minute walk to the city center and old town, and within easy walking distance to many tourist attractions. The host was friendly and caring, which made the stay even better.

We were totally surprised when we arrived. It’s a flat actually, but was like a luxurious hotel. Since hotels in Bilbao are slightly expensive, this flat is really a good deal:) And it’s only 2 minute walk from the Santutxu station’s entrance and the apartment is equipped with an elevator, so the access is easy even for family with small children and strollers. You can easily reach Casco Viejo and Plaza Nueva by walk. Owners, Alfonso and Menchi, are really kind. They answered everything anytime.

The property had everything you could need. It was so nice to have milk and water on the fridge on arrival, including pastries for breakfast, a selection of teas, coffee and sugar, they even provided umbrellas! The location was excellent. Unfortunately, there was torrential rain on our last day, the owner very kindly allowed us to stay, for no extra charge, in the apartment, as our flight was later in the day.
