Converted cattle barn overlooking Strangford Lough is gelegen in Newtownards en biedt gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de zee. Peaceful, well designed, great sea views, comfortable… good WiFi . Iain the hoist kindly also let me use his office for a lengthy zoom session I was running. A real contrast to other work related stays I’ve had- great to arrive to fresh coffee and quality biscuits, breakfast cereals etc after a long day. Really appreciated. Very close to rural park, I went for a run up to the stunning monument… Road gets a bit busy- but in countryside in 2 mins. Great location for Stormont.

The Hikers House - Coastal & Riverside Retreat with Mourne Mountain Views beschikt over uitzicht op de bergen, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin en een patio, op 2 minuten lopen van Newcastle Beach. The house was gorgeously decorated, with plenty of space around for us and our Labrador pet. It was centrally located but somewhat secluded. It also has a private car space right in front of the house. There was even a bath in the toilet (besides the shower) and there were some bath salts available to use. We will definitively return for a few days in the future.

Please note: the review in English below! Wij (ouder echtpaar, geen kinderen) verbleven van 29 augustus 2024 tot 2 september 2024 in Homestead Hillsborough Guest Rooms op de begane grond. Wij kijken er met veel plezier op terug. De accommodatie is vrijwel nieuw en luxe en compleet uitgerust. Alles is er keurig schoon. In de kamer is een kitchenette en op de eerste verdieping is een gemeenschappelijk te gebruiken, prima geoutilleerde keuken. Er is op die eerste verdieping ook een gemeenschappelijke eetzaal. Wij beschikten over eigen vervoer. Dat is, volgens ons, ook noodzakelijk gezien de ligging van de accommodatie. Er is overigens ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Hoewel door ons niet gebruikt, is er ook een wasmachine en een droger waarvan gebruik kon worden gemaakt. We (older couple, no children) stayed at Homestead Hillsborough Guest Rooms on the ground floor from August 29, 2024 to September 2, 2024. We look back on it with great pleasure. The accommodation is virtually new and luxurious and fully equipped. Everything is neat and clean. There is a kitchenette in the room and on the first floor there is a communal, well-equipped kitchen. There is also a communal dining room on the first floor. We had our own transport. In our opinion, this is also necessary given the location of the accommodation. There is also ample parking. Although not used by us, there is also a washing machine and a dryer that could be used.

Arley House B & B bevindt zich in Dundrum, op 42 km van The Belfast Empire Music Hall, en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de tuin. Arlene was a great host. Nothing was any trouble. Beautiful breakfast. Location was great. Close to Dundrum castle

Seagulls Nest Northern Ireland ligt op 19 km van Down Cathedral en 37 km van The Cathedral of Saint Patrick and Saint Colman, en biedt accommodatie in Newcastle. What a little gem! This unit had it all - the most comfy bed ever, a kitchenette, a dining table, couch and a TV with Netflix plus it was a short and lovely walk into town and the beach!

Tanglewood Stays bevindt zich in Newry in de regio County Down, op 21 km van Carlingford Castle en biedt gratis WiFi, een barbecue, een tuin en gratis privéparkeren. De accommodatie heeft een hot tub.... My partner and I had just gotten engaged two days before hand and booked Tanglewood to stay at, it was the best engagement celebration in our own private little pod with a private jacuzzi!! The hosts were amazing and so considerate when we told them we got engaged they put up beautiful banners and got us champagne to celebrate. Tanglewood also had absolutely everything we needed and more! (The hosts even carried a BBQ over so we could cook up some steaks). Would 110% recommend to couples wanting a staycay away from everything or someone wanting some alone time, it was the perfect place for peace and quiet! Next time we’re in Newry we’ll definitely stay again! 🤗

The Willows Lovely Double Apartment is gelegen in Rostrevor en biedt gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de bergen. A cosy attic apartment with separate bedroom and living area, that's perfect for 2. Newly renovated, very clean and comfortable and in a great location close to the centre of town but very quiet. The charming owner was very helpful with information on where to find good local food, music and the best Guinness in the universe (Fearons bar / Henrys).

Creeghduff Lodge is gelegen in Downpatrick en biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Er is ook een koelkast en een waterkoker aanwezig. One night stay with our Granson aged 9. Room and Breakfast was amazing. John & Sarah very welcoming. Breakfast included fry, cereal,toast, fruit,yogart pure orange, Tea Coffee. Room very spacious 1 double and 2 single beds. Onsuite bathroom Tea coffee facilities in room. Lovely home made cookies left for us and hot chocolate to enjoy Extra relaxing area outside our bedroom.
