Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. Erg rustig. De ruimte was heel gezellig. Alles was aanwezig en het was erg schoon.

Dit boetiekhotel met 5 sterren ligt in de trendy West End, binnen een door bomen omzoomd Victoriaans terras, en op slechts 30 minuten rijden van Loch Lomond. We had a great stay -- the hotel is rather unique in that it's actually several townhouses that are connected and then redone as rooms. Our room was delightfully decorated fitting of the boutique hotel status, with a huge bathroom and large, comfortable bed. The hotel staff were communicative and helpful, both before our stay, messaging over booking.com, at reception, and while there. We were celebrating a special occasion, and had a nice surprise welcoming us in the room, which we appreciated. We also ordered room service from the restaurant (always a nice treat at hotels that offer it) and this hit the spot -- there was good variety, the food was high quality, and the ambiance and experience quickly made us feel at home. Lastly, it was our first time in Glasgow and as travelers without a car, we weren't quite sure where to stay. This spot worked out quite well -- the area is nice, and the university area (around Byres road), with more shops and cafes and such, is just a 10 minute walk, or a shorter bus ride. The bus stop is also right outside and very convenient, and that or the train provide quick transit access through the city. Overall, this worked out very well for us -- we had comfortable accommodations, tasty food, and great service. Would recommend to others.

The Old Mill Bed & Breakfast is gelegen in Biggar in de regio Lanarkshire en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Loved the history and the way they have the mill displayed. The host was also so kind and welcoming.

One The Mews ligt in het centrum van Glasgow, op nog geen 3 minuten lopen van Sauchiehall Street en minder dan 1 km van Buchanan Galleries en biedt gratis WiFi. De accommodatie zag er erg mooi en authentiek uit. Alles was goed geregeld en de communicatie met Steve verliep erg soepel. Het was mogelijk om vroeg in te checken en op onze vertrekdag mochten we nog 1 sleutel houden zodat we onze koffers nog konden opbergen in de accommodatie. De locatie is perfect. Dichtbij restaurants, bars en supermarkt. Echt een aanrader!

Loch Lomond Apartment ligt in Alexandria, op 28 km van Glasgow Botanic Gardens en 28 km van Mugdock Country Park, in een omgeving waar je kunt wandelen. Ruim appartement in een rustige wijk aan de voet van Loch Lomond met een buurtsuper, die nog tot laat open is om de hoek. (Met vers gemalen koffie!) Ideale plek om de omgeving van Loch Lomond te ontdekken of op doorreis naar de Highlands. Louise, onze host was zeer behulpzaam met tips. In de toekomst zal je ook gebruik kunnen maken van de tuin, maar dat zijn ze nog mee bezig.

Argyll Apartment Loch Lomond is gelegen in Balloch, op slechts 27 km van Glasgow Botanic Gardens, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de tuin. We met the lovely Annemarie shortly after arriving, she was so accommodating and friendly and left us lots of information for our short stay. The apartment was terrific, really warm and comfortable and located very close to a lot of amenities. We got a great night's sleep before we had to head on. Would definitely stay here again but for longer as Loch Lomond has a lot to offer. No hesitation recommending this to others, a great place to stay.

Skyline Lodge Loch Lomond Castle Lodges ligt op 29 km van Glasgow Botanic Gardens, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Originally, I was arriving earlier than expected and when I messaged the property they were super accommodating and confirmed an early check in. Unfortunately, things changed, and we arrived later than expected yet the property was again very accommodating to my arrival and checking in to the property was easy! I really appreciate the options and excellent communication with Wilma.
