In the attic room is a cool use of space - a games loft with Nintendo Switch and games. Wifi is good the property was nice and warm on arrival.

I had mentioned on booking that I had recently got engaged (last week) and we were over celebrating with friends that live in Yarm. We were upgraded to a superior room and by coincidence there was a wedding show on display. Beautiful room, with a magnificent free standing bath, beautiful staff. So very pleased with our stay here and we will definitely be back to celebrate.
