One day it was plain rice, another day a very light soup.... Thanks to her care, I fully recovered and was able to continue my journey. In this way, I want to thank my host once again. The self check-in process was easy and comfortable, the staff excellent, and the location perfect for those wanting to enjoy the real energy of Kutaisi. The inspiring modern design of Rotel has motivated me to make chages in my own home. All in all, if I could give more than 10 I would. Bravo to all people involved in making this Hotel.

He took us to all the lesser travelled spots for no extra cost. He went above and beyond to make our trip super memorable and took us to all the places we requested. He even packed us a lil picnic basket that his wife and he prepared for our day. This place was absolutely lovely and deserved more than a 10 score. The hotel is also located in the heart of the city with plenty of stores and attractions close by.
