Loch Nuala ligger ca. 22 km fra St. Nicholas Collegiate Church og har en have, gårdhave og havudsigt. Nuala made us feel really welcomed. We received a very warm welcome. The surrounding was lovely and peaceful. The apartment was warm and clean, with everything we needed.

Traditional Stone Cottage 300 years+ ligger i Galway, 34 km fra Galway Greyhound Stadium og 35 km fra Eyre Square, i et område hvor man kan tage på vandretur. Fantastic house. We were greeted by the owner Mike. There was a fire lit in the fireplace. Mike told us the wonderful history of this place and his family. I will recommend it to everyone. A wonderful place where you can feel the breath of history.

Wild Atlantic Stay Cottage ligger i Galway. Her er gratis wi-fi og udsigt til en have. Derudover er der en have og grillfaciliteter. Wow - what a great place to stay for three nights just outside of Galway! The owner, Jacqueline, could not have been anymore accommodating. She was so nice and even provided us w/ an extra gift for my 50th birthday. We arrived to a beautiful Irish oasis with a wonderful view and a welcome basket. Our family enjoyed the short walk to the sea and the amazing seascapes. I can’t say enough about this cottage, it’s charm and the owner’s hospitality. If you are looking for a traditional Ireland experience then this is the place for you!

Connemara Haven Bed and Breakfast har udsigt til en have, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering og ligger i Oughterard, 33 km fra National University of Galway. The hosts were super friendly, quiet and peaceful location. The local village of Oughterard was easy to get to with great pubs and friendly helpful people.

Port Aran House ligger i Kilronan og har gratis wi-fi. Gæsterne kan nyde godt af en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse. Sokha and Kevin are truly super hosts. Port Aran House is one of the island jewels for sure. The help-yourself breakfast is amazing . It’s close to town and a nearby good restaurant. We came on the afternoon ferry and immediately rented a couple of bikes for the afternoon from Aran Bike Hire who took our bags to PAH. Kevin arranged for us with luggage to get to the ferry. A magical visit.

Riverview Country House ligger i Ballinasloe, 38 km fra Galway Greyhound Stadium, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde og gratis privat parkering. Very welcoming hosts, beautiful facilities and excellent homemade breakfast.

Leroy´s Lodge har udsigt til søen, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering og ligger i Headford, 9,2 km fra Ballymagibbon Cairn. Everything was amazing, starting with the staff. Bernhard and Petra were lovely and stayed up late to wait for us on the first day as we were delayed. Additionally they were amazing with our pet, Pilou. They prepared the room (extremely roomy) with extra bowls for water/food and a pet bed that Pilou loved! Breakfast was very tasty and diverse. The location was easy to reach by car and is amazingly quiet and pretty. You have views on the lake and a big fenced field in the back for pets that Pilou loved playing in with their pets (Special nod to Barnaby and Leroyd :D) Another thanks go to Petra and Bernhard for taking the time to discuss with us and answer our (very many) questions about Ireland and the process of moving there.
