The location is absolutely stunning, most rooms have a view of the fjord, it's so peaceful there, I loved the breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a few minutes walk to the village along the fjord and the community park with panoramic views of the whole fjord. This was my second visit and I will definitely stay here again.

A nice and affordable golf course nearby and and a beautiful lake for boating and fishing just down the street. Also a boxing club and football club in town. The town of Oughterard had a few nice Pub's and a grocery that was well stocked. Our host Christian was great and his new puppy Emily couldn't be more adorable

Harvey devoured them instantly. Breakfast was a delight, with delicious food and the divine aroma of fresh coffee filling the air each morning. The location is easy to reach by car and offers a peaceful, picturesque setting. The stunning lake views and the large fenced field in the back were perfect for Harvey to run around and enjoy. With their exceptional hospitality, pet-friendly amenities, and serene surroundings, we left feeling relaxed and truly grateful. This is a wonderful place where pets are treated with the same love and care as they are at home. We can’t wait to return! 🐾💕
