A huge thank you to the host for allowing us to check in early, which was essential after 48 hours of travel. The location is fantastic, and the views are stunning. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience at Boutique Shell Hotel in Budva and would definitely recommend it! The hotel was super clean and cozy, the rooms were nice, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We received beach towels for free, and the hotel also provided us with free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach — something that usually costs 15€ elsewhere. Breakfast was tasty and there was always enough to choose from. The staff was incredibly helpful, always kind and quick to assist us with anything we needed. Now, regarding the very negative review left by another guest — we were actually there and witnessed the entire situation. That review is misleading and unfair. We saw how that woman shouted aggressively at the receptionist and even slammed her hands on the desk. Despite her behavior, the receptionist remained calm, polite, and very professional, and immediately went with her to help solve the issue. The woman was so unpleasant that, honestly, we felt scared of her ourselves. The hotel did everything possible to help, and blaming them in such a harsh way is completely unjustified. Please don’t take her 1/10 rating seriously — it doesn’t reflect the reality of our stay or how the hotel truly treats its guests. We truly enjoyed our time here and we’re grateful for the hospitality. Definitely go and see for yourself — highly recommended!

You will definitely need a car to stay here as there is a steep hill from the coast to reach the villa. But you are rewarded with fabulous views! Thanks so much !
