The apartment features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Perfect location on Boka Bay. Family of four (2 children 8yr and 6yrs) we wanted to have a scenic setting which is also close to the beaches on Lustica. This was perfect for our needs. The apartment was lush! Much more than I expected seeing the photos. Furnished to top standards and even has a dishwasher!! This is often something we don’t expect when we are holidaying and is something we do miss. The view was absolutely OUTSTANDING. We just can’t describe. We only left the house to go to the beach and dinners. The host supplies with a comprehensive PDF of places to see, eat and drink which were all welcome! Our favourite place was Panjega (by the water edge serving amazing fish!) and Wolfi - both recommend by the host. We didn’t go to the local beach but it looked pretty good too. Small Local supermarket is about 10 min walk and so are the two restaurants. Parking is besides the house and tandem parking woth the other apartment but easily manageable considering the tricky parking arrangements all over this area. The host is always responsive and helpful. And very kind. Supplied us with a parasol 🏖️ too. We are definitely recommending this apartment to our friends. And if again in Boka bay, we will definitely stay again. Thank you and all the best.

Great location (views), wide view to the Bay of Kotor. Really a fully equipped apartment with everything, or more than needed. Private parking in front of the building was good to have. Sortiment of refresments included in price (coffee, tee, cold beverages), and even small first aid kit (not needed but still)

Everything was spotless. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of local wine. Coffee was provided enough for a few days. Kitchen utensils were plenty. Bathrobes and enough towels for the stay. In one word everything for the comfort and pleasant stay. Location is perfect close to restaurants and supermarket. Tennis courts few min away. Bus shuttle fee of charge to bring you to the beach if you do not like walking.

Location was stunning overlooking Adriatic Sea and Mamula Island. Views from villa were breath taking and host was very informative and attentive sorted collection of keys from colleague who was extremely helpful. 4 of us stayed but even if capacity of 8 were, there is plenty of space for relaxing, eating and all rooms except bathrooms have air con so stayed cool and comfortable at night! Great facilities in villa, plenty of clean towels and even had pool towels, hairdryer, iron, toaster, washing machine all comforts of home and luxury fittings. Pool was fabulous for cool dip and float in the exceptionally high temperatures! Plenty of space for loungers and sunbathing! Outside terraces are huge! Plenty of space for entertaining! Would definitely return and recommend to stay here! 😍
