The room: The view is absolutely stunning. Rooms are clean, big TV,  amazing mirrors and big showers. Super comfy beds, great AC, great pillows. The pool was amazing as well. Having a cold cocktail on a hot summer day, with that amazing of a view while hanging out at the edge of the pool. Out of world experience. Everyone was super kind and accommodating, breakfast was the best I've ever had. So many options for everyone. Djuro was very helpful with our trip planning, he is a real asset. All in all, one absolutely wonderful experience. Sadly, I had a spinal injury that prevented me to fully enjoy everything Kotor had to offer, so as soon as I get a chance, I am coming back. Can't wait.

We stumbled across this place trying to find a last minute stay, and we ended up going back for another night a few days later and had a bbq with them and a lovely view!

Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a sun terrace. The outdoor swimming pool features a pool bar and fence. The breakfast was very good! All the food tasted like it was freshly made. There was a huge variety of dry meat,hams,sausages,cheeses like gorgonzola,freshly baked pastries,you name it....plus a ton of different sweets with real condiments like Nutella,Eurocream etc. The swimming pool is great,you can buy cold beers in the restaurant and enjoy them by the pool.

The host Anna and her son Vlad are probably the best hosts I have ever met. They were so caring with a personal touch and concerned about our comfort that we felt their property was like our home away home. The living room and the balcony offered a stunning view of the bay. The grocery store in the neighborhood was very handy if you want to buy staple items. The private beach was an added bonus! We felt very comfortable from the moment we got off the car and met Anna who was waiting to greet us. We recommend the property whole heartedly!

If I’m ever back in Tivat, I’ll book this hotel again without hesitation.
