The general manager, Luis, will help you book tours of the surrounding area and help you get around the city to find what you need. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. I have stayed in three different rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows nice and fluffy. The breakfast is delicious and a great place to meet fellow travelers. The location is outstanding. Only a block off of the main plaza. I highly recommend Casa Encantada! It does not disappoint.

The out side it's a little bit confusing because of the big walls. Once you get into the place it's very pretty and relaxing.

Great location in Centro Historico easy to walk to various markets and food options. Hostel hosts very nice and helpful and easy to talk to for recommendations about local food and getting around to see the things both in town and surrounding towns. They speak English and Spanish. Clean and cozy bed, clean bathrooms, clean shared kitchen. I asked for a private room and they upgraded me to nice room with beautiful terrace and shared shower/toilet. I would stay again!
