Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had the upstairs apartment that has two bedrooms, and it had the best views of Bacalar. We had our own huge balcony with a table that sits six with the best view. The restaurant just opened a couple of months ago; the food was delicious. The Shrimp Tacos are a must. Chef Cristian did an amazing job with the dishes. They have a nice double deck to enjoy your time at the lake. We will definitely come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

As soon as I arrived, I was surprised by an upgrade to a wonderful villa which exceeded my expectations. The furniture and kitchen equipment are all high quality. The staff was so nice and offered their help throughout the stay. I loved the location as I could walk safely to many restaurants and bars. Couldn't wish for a better stay!

The grounds of the resort were stunning, meticulously maintained with lush landscaping, and felt like an oasis. We especially loved the peaceful, beautifully landscaped pathways and vibrant flowers throughout. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling along the beach, the views were picture-perfect at every turn.

This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.
