Had a well equipped kitchen and also a washing machine, always a bonus when traveling. The owners were super friendly with lots of great local recommendations. Really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this place and would highly recommend

The bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful and soft linens. Everything we needed was there, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels for makeup removal, towels for showers and for the beach. Although we did not use the robes they were provided. This place is right in town and easy access to shops, breakfast, dinner and the Matakana Saturday Market which was a lot of fun! Wonderful A+ Host.

Everything was great from the communication and willingness to help from the host, to a lovely, clean, well equipped home. Only suggestion we have is the glass doors in the study area could do with a highlighted strip across them to avoid walking into when closed, which happened to us. Whoops. Lol.

Bushy Retreat heeft uitzicht op de tuin, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een balkon, op 46 km van Gibbs Farm. I loved my stay here. Everything about it was perfect. The bed is extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was everything you needed for a good stay. The garden is a little piece of paradise, with native bush at the rear, there is a beautiful little walk down to the beach. There is a verandah where you can eat and enjoy the view. Christine was the perfect host. There is loads to do in the area, I highly recommend this place, probably the best nights sleep I have ever had not in my own house. Loved it!
