Perfect location just at the edge of town, within walking distance or a quick $1 cab. Morning coffee on the dock overlooking the ocean was beautiful, our apartment was spacious and bed very comfortable, AC in every room and a gorgeous view of Saigon Bay.

Prachtige locatie! Super vriendelijke eigenaars. Je voelt je meteen heel welkom! De plek straalt rust uit…. Een privé strand met super gave golven maar wel sterke stroming dus oppassen. Veel lieve dieren te spotten vanaf het terras. Waaronder Rio onze favoriete wilde toekan die bijna elke dag langs komt 🥰 Wel ver van alles afgelegen maar dit weet je van tevoren. Koelkast en keukentje ter beschikking en ontbijt is heerlijk!

Everything about our stay here was exceptional. We were within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was easy to catch a water taxi to go to the main island. Our room was very comfortable and was well equipped. Karen was great to communicate with and responded quickly to any requests. She also made good recommendations for places to eat and water taxis to use. It was a perfect 4 night stay for us!

Maxxi and Jane were such great hosts. Jungle Paunch is a fantastic place to stay, and I would absolutely come back to this place. It's right down the road from the ocean and within walking distance to a few restaurants. The howler monkeys are loud in the morning, but it's exciting to be able to stay in nature and experience it so closely. Overall, you are instantly relaxed when you arrive at Jungle Paunch.

La Loma Jungle Lodge and Chocolate Farm biedt uitzicht op zee en ligt in Isla Bastimentos, op 10 km van de stad Bocas. I loved everything about staying here. The property is so unique and it was an unforgettable experience. I’m writing this review on the last morning of my stay, sitting in my hammock looking out at the jungle, drinking the cacao tea brought to my room this morning, hoping I’ll catch one last view of the mama and baby sloth we spotted on our farm tour yesterday. The food has been outstanding, I looked forward to every meal, and when we did our day trip to Zapatilla islands (a must do - snorkeling, starfish, and dolphins on the way there, then the most pristine beach at these small national park islands), they packed lunch for us to bring. The rooms are so comfortable (obviously there are some bugs, but the netting around the bed works great and there’s ample bug spray and a fan above the bed) and it felt like a little paradise
