The wonderful receptionist, Carmen, was incredibly kind. I arrived late at night, and she welcomed me with a warm smile and offered me a cup of tea. The room was clean and tidy, with soap and shampoo provided—everything you could wish for at this price. Additionally, there was bottled water and tea in the room. Breakfast was a buffet—not the most varied, but fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this place for a one- or two-night stay!

I honestly do not think I’ve stayed in a better hotel before. It was so beautifully set up with absolutely everything you could hope for ! The family who run the place are so beautiful, and the breakfast was a real treat. We came here to a acclimatise before our Machu Picchu hike and it was just so surreal having the most amazing view from our bedroom!

The hotel is a hidden gem in the sacred valley. The landscape is beautiful and the room size is big enough. The housekeeping work was great. I enjoyed the taste of breakfast and fresh ingredients. Tried the lunch at Inca Cafe and food was good too. The llamas are walking freely on the lawn and you can take pictures with them.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are very quiet and the bathroom is very nice and with hot water. Lilian is an incredibly friendly and kind host. She puts a lot of effort and attention to her guests; I felt very well cared for. I was able to book taxis no problem! The laundry service is also very nice. The location is nice due to the proximity of many taxis and also markets if you need a quick snack. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Pisac :)
