Loving Strangers Hostel heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een bar in Madalena. De accommodatie is voorzien van karaoke en een gedeelde keuken. Dit is wat ze noemen een pareltje, wat een top accommodatie! Ook met kinderen echt leuk. In de loop van de dag ontvangen we een berichtje “of we vanavond mee eten met het familiediner?” Ofwel alle gasten. We hebben geen idee wat we kunnen verwachten, maar het klinkt aantrekkelijk dus we zeggen ja. We krijgen een super warm welkom van Sophie en Stefan. A Hugg is hier de standaard 😊. Stefano en Sofie runnen dit hostel met liefde en willen je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk maken. Het is er schoon, gezellig, er zijn 3 katten en er is ruimte voor creativiteit. Zo relaxed om hier te zijn. En dan het eten, het was fantastisch, zo heerlijk gegeten!!!! We genoten van een zeer uitgebreide Italiaanse maaltijd met alle 10 gasten en na het eten verhuisde we naar de vuurplaats. Wat een mooie herinnering om op terug te kijken!

Barrocas do Mar ligt in Prainha de Baixo, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, airconditioning en toegang tot een tuin met een terras. De locatie was top waardoor je gemakkelijk het hele eiland kon verkennen.

Casavó ligt in São Roque do Pico in de regio Eiland Pico en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi. In twenty plus years with booking.com this was the best apartment we have stayed in. All of the minor annoyances we usually encounter were not there. The ensuite had a fair sized cubicle with a good shower and a basket for toiletries, there was a lot of storage space, flat surfaces near the hand basin for your toiletries, hooks on the wall and even a proper plug which worked. The sofa provided comfortable seating for both of us as did the table and four chairs. There was a wardrobe with sufficient shelves and hanging space for two people with proper wooden coat hangers not the usual pin and socket type loved by hotels. The kitchenette is extremely well equipped with oven, induction hob, full size fridge and microwave so as to enable full self catering. There are even four bins - three dedicated to recycling. The apartment is well soundproofed both internally and externally (with the windows closed obviously). Wifi reception is excellent. This is also access to a laundry containing both washing machine and a dryer as well as the usual drying racks. Finally due to self check in we did not meet the owner but he was in constant communication with us and quickly responded to any message.

The staff is amazing, all smiling all the time and making sure you have the best time as per your plans. I was leaving the hotel at 2 a.m. to climb Mount Pico and they even prepared a lunch box for my day. They are absolutely awesome.

Pico Dreams beschikt over ruime villa's met eigen kookgelegenheid en een balkon of terras dat panoramisch uitzicht biedt op de Atlantische Oceaan en de berg Pico. Clean and comfortable. Owners were very helpful and friendly. New unit in immaculate condition..

Adega do capitao bevindt zich in Piedade, en biedt tuin, gratis WiFi, roomservice, en een conciërgedienst. Amazing brand new place, designed with care and attention to detail at a peaceful location near natural pools and hiking routes. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, giving us tips for multiple activities around the island and making sure we have everything we need during our stay. Highly recommended, really great value for the price. We'd love to come back and stay longer.

Quinta da Baía - AL bevindt zich in Arrife en biedt accommodaties met een patio en gratis WiFi. The location was excellent. Great views from the balcony across the bay. Lovely apartment which was well equipped. Our washing dried super quick outside with the help of the Azorian breeze! Christina was lovely and she lent us her binoculars too. Car parking space next to the apartment.

Casinha Kevin bevindt zich in São Roque do Pico. Er is privéparkeren beschikbaar op het terrein en gratis WiFi. The location is wonderful, the ocean view in front the house is amazing. The house is very clean and cozy place, everything is organized with attention to details and love. The hostess is incredibly friendly and helpful, what made our even short stay memorable and enjoyable. Thanks a lot for this wonderful place !
