Place was lovely, very modern clean rooms, everyday cleaning service, air conditioner. We’ve been welcomed with sparkling wine and left with goodbye gift. If you have a birthday, you may count on a sweet surprise. There was a mini bar, kitchen with microwave and electric plate and small fridge, also espresso maker with excellent quality of coffee, kitchen utensils allowed for some cooking. The view showed surrounding hotel and ocean in the distance. I really enjoyed the 2 min. walk to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast because the view is amazing from there. The breakfast offered wide variety of products and meals, with porridge and some things for sandwich ( cheese, ham or marmalade/nuttella, home-made yogurt). There were also couple of positions a la carte and lots of sweet options. Coffee was also of great quality. I can’t comment on most of the meals because I am vegan and none of the meals a la carte was vegan, also it was possible to eat a sandwich only with marmalade or tomato/pepper for me the rest was just cheese and ham. I saw many people including my partner enjoyed that a lot, but if you are following vegan diet it may be cheaper to skip the breakfast option and buy yourself pack of oats and fruits because coffee is in the room anyway. However, the restaurant view was outstanding and I quite enjoyed that restaurant anyway. They always had a plant based milk so at least a porridge and fresh maracuja. The roof jacuzzi looked autor louring but I didn’t used it, bathing robes are included though as well as a daily ticket to natural swimming pools. We preferred a bit more the cachalote pools that were nearby so didn’t use the it but is is a very nice option closer to the hotel. The hotel also offers spa and massage if someone wish, as well as a little cowork area if you work remotely. WiFi was also excellent. In general, it was excellent and I would totally recommend to everyone to stay there.

A game of tennis can be enjoyed on the court, located a 2-minute walk from the Estalagem Da Ponta Do Sol. Guests can also relax the spa & wellness centre where a sauna and massage therapies are provided. Location was amazing, the view was breathtaking and of course the breakfast was fantastic.

Set in Machico, S A L - Beach Apartments Caniçal is a recently renovated accommodation, 22 km from Santana's Traditional Houses and 30 km from Marina do Funchal. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 500 metres from Beach Pedradeira. The guest house features family rooms. Everything was great. The room was so big and bright. We even had a view of the sea from the balcony. Pedro was super helpful and welcoming.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. Volcanic caves of São Vicente is 17 km away and Madeira Theme Park is 41 km from the apartment. Good location for exploring north side of the island. Very clean, comfortable beds and you will find everything you need for your stay. We were even greeted with a nice bottle of wine, pleasant surprise.

This property offers access to a pool table and darts. The guest house features mountain views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Location was great, I loved the big kitchen, the shared spaces, the garden, the outside sittings, the shower was new and nice, enough parking, the host gave us some product from the garden, good beds.

Super, super clean, well appointed accommodation with ocean views, wild style garden and all the amenities necessary for a comfortable, relaxing family stay. Great host who was easy to communicate with. The only drawback for a person who is mold sensitive like myself was the humidity smell in the downstairs bedroom. Something that seems to be pretty ubiquitous on an island with so much water everywhere.

There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Very neat apartments, all necessary dishes and tools in the kitchen. Not far from the main road, the planes were not so noisy, they did not interfere with the rest
