Really clean place: windows, kitchen supplies, bathroom, terrace! There were no stains anywhere, this was a pleasant surprise. Good quality furniture, they have shoehorn, hotel slippers. Kitchen is equipped with majority of things you need. If they had coffee machine - that would have been perfect. We brought our own with us :) houses are situated away from road - you don’t listen to cars, but roosters instead 😄 surrounding area is safe for walking dogs. I was looking for separate pet-friendly place with hot tub outside and I can surely say this place suits best. Overall this is a decent place for its money.

Rozprávková dedinka ligger i Dolný Kubín og har gratis wi-fi. Gæsterne kan nyde godt af en have, en restaurant og en bar. It was a cute and very comfortable place. My kids and niece loved the fairytale themed village, especially our tree house and a Jacuzzi on top of a little Castle next to us!:) The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well equipped and clean our little cottage was. There was everything we needed and more! The little village was close to everything and only a 15 minutes drive to "Orava Castle" - a must see. 😉 We walked 5 minutes to a small "Callo" ice cream shop and had the best ice cream ever! The kids loved visiting a peacock and bunny farm that was also walking distance.There are a lot of walking /biking trails with neat bridges going across the river right behind the property. I strongly recommend this place to all families!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed—it felt less like checking into a guesthouse and more like being invited into someone’s home. The hosts went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and they generously shared lots of great advice on where to go and what to see in Slovakia. Thanks to their tips, I discovered places I probably wouldn’t have found on my own. The room was cozy and clean, the location peaceful, and the whole experience felt personal and relaxed. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and friendly place to stay.

Calm place, close to nature, dark and starry sky at night, spacious balcony with comfortable chairs, hammocks in the garden, friendly staff, tasty breakfast included. Very good lunch - veggie burger and chicken breast steak. All those made my stay a very good experience there. It is worth adding that guests also have access to a jacuzzi, saunas, a bowling alley and a small gym.
