Its not luxurious, but thats fine, as it would make it less authentic, considering its situated in a small mountain town...Unbelievably, but true, there's the best Italian restaurant I ever visited in Thailand, at a 7 min walk!!

This is a hidden paradise in the beautiful, quiet mountains nearby to Doi Saket. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area and “O” was always more than happy to offer recommendations and local information. He lent us bikes so we could explore the area and always checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. At the same time, we loved to spend time relaxing in the garden, which was a beautiful oasis perfect for meditating, reading etc. Bung regularly cooked meals for us that were super delicious. We felt so taken care of during our stay and could not be more grateful for Bung and O’s warm hospitality and kindness.

Monsonkeang Camping view ม่อนสันเกี๋ยง ligger i Mae Chaem og har bjergudsigt, restaurant, en døgnåben reception, bar, have, udendørs pool (der er åben hele året) og terrasse. The staff is super friendly. Order a mango smoothie when you arrive. It is so delicious. Also the food is very good!!! We slept in a tiny triangle hut. Down is a room which you can close. Upstairs are some comfortable chairs and a bed with a moscito net. If you want, you can sleep outside. The bathroom is 10m away, but you have your own clean bathroom.

Noy is very nice and helpful. She prepare mango sticky rice for each of us upon arrival and introduce places to visit. My daughter woke up very late and she missed the breakfast time. Not especially prepare a set of to-go omelette for her. We will miss her mango sticky rice!

The farmstay is situated in a beautiful valley in the middle of a rice farm. Make sure to arrive before sunset to experience it from here. We got a driver recommended from Kowit who drove us to the farmstay and around in the national park the day after. Facilities are simple but meet all needs, including hot water shower. The included dinner and breakfast was a great experience with multiple courses served.
