I didn’t use it all but I did use the washing machine and it has all the racks, washing basket etc to dry everything on the veranda, Paul even supplies complimentary detergent and softener, even has board games if you’re couple or family, a far better option than a hotel. This place really does have it all. It’s so quiet at night as it’s in a residential area but also nice and close to the town with a 7-11 just up the road.

They grow their own coffee and even showed us the differmet processes — we got to try different types during a little tasting session that felt almost ceremonial, surrounded by green mountains and clouds They offer transportation to and from Chiang Rai, which we definitely recommend — it was the easiest and most relaxing way to get there, with a few fun stops along the way. If you want to explore more, they can also organize day trips and show you local highlights. Just message them — they’ll sort everything out for you. We left feeling completely recharged and grateful. It was one of the best parts of our trip — peaceful, personal, and unforgettable.

This part of Chiang Rai doesn't get many tourists, but that doesn't mean it's not worth visiting, and this homestay is a great base. Loved the beautiful gardens and pool area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Most of all, what really stood out for me was the attentiveness of the staff. During my stay, the restaurant was not open, which could have been a real problem. But receptionist Bom drove me out to a good local eatery to make sure I didn't go hungry. I also very much enjoyed the company of permanent resident Mark. Always good-humoured and helpful, Mark was generous with sharing tips and directions and background on local customs. I definitely hope to repeat the experience.
