Great location, great staff and the buffet was the best part. It didn't have a lot of options but the items there were delicious and the lady preparing the buffet was very polite and helpful. We arrived early and tired and it wasn't checkout time so the receptionist arranged us a free buffet for that morning The receptionist was really great to talk to as well and handled our Airport transfers. Even though the Airport transfer was early in the morning, one of the boys went to the shops early and got us breakfast because they knew we'll miss the buffet that day. The room was big and cosy, and we could see Hot Air Balloons from our window!

The hotel is beautiful, centrally located in Goreme, which is the best place to stay in Cappadocia, it has green areas, cave rooms, very nice bathrooms.... The staff are amazingly nice. Everyone in Turkey is, but these people pay attention to every detail and they even gave us a room upgrade. It was a fantastic experience. We had booked a different hotel previously, a little cheaper, but decided to go for it and used this one on our travel agent's recommendation. Definitely worth it!

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They enthusiastically answered all my questions! I booked a hot air balloon ride with Butterfly through the hotel—it was a 16-person basket, and the experience was amazing! The hotel handled all the communication with the balloon company and even helped me book in advance. I only had to pay on-site, which made the whole process super simple and reassuring. I'm really grateful to the hotel for arranging the hot air balloon ride! I also wanted to drive myself to watch the balloons, and the staff kindly recommended the best spots for viewing. In addition, I booked a sunset horseback riding tour through the hotel. Riding through the valley was absolutely incredible—such a great experience! The best part is that you can book this activity through the hotel anytime before noon on the same day, which is very flexible. Just a heads-up: the horseback riding activity now only accepts cash in euros.
