Ms. Nathalie the supervisor was extremely helpful, assisting us quickly and with a smile in everything we needed, as was the entire staff when my kids and O were checking in. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Location is great with walking distance to a number of good restaurants. Parking was easy and free around the hotel, and they also have a valet which was very helpful with all of our luggage

Residence Inn Long Island Garden City ligger i Garden City, 4,1 km fra Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. I love the location is so close to the parkways and the mall, the place seems new and very well mantained, the staff is beyond professional and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and always clean

The staff are super friendly, took good care of us and dealt with a late night party room next door, and made sure that the rest of our stay went smooth. Special shout out to Mario. Great meeting and elevating our stay, making a bit more special.

We parked the car just next to the hotel in a street where a ticket was not even required. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast basket was a really nice touch! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest :)

The home is gorgeous—immaculately kept, stylish without trying too hard—and the heated pool became our daily ritual. Beds? Massive, cloud-level comfortable. We slept like babies after sunset boardwalk strolls. There’s also a proper gym on site, so we could offset all the “vacation decisions” we made at dinner. 😅 What really sets this place apart is the host. Warm, proactive, genuinely thoughtful—the kind of hospitality that feels effortless because it’s real. He even made me an iced coffee (I’m usually not a fan) that was so good I asked for the recipe. Communication was smooth end-to-end and check-in/check-out were a breeze. If you’re debating where to stay in the Pines, this is your sign. Beautiful property, heated pool, huge comfy beds, gym for the motivated—and a host who turns a great trip into an unforgettable one. We’ll be back. 🇿🇦❤️
