Excellent hotel for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

Excellent location for trips to Dollywood and restaurants on route 441. Condos are spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the golf course. Our condos was also well equipped and lacked nothing. We were proactively notified by the resort that we could do an early check-in as our condo was ready earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent equipment in fitness centre.

The location is good just beside the river, easily access to US-19. The privacy is great since the suite is actually a small house far away from other suites. There is even a small playground beside the cottages, a great opening space for kids and access to the river.
