The location is quite good, close to the train street and many places to eat. So it is good price for the value you get, especially comparing to other hotels in the area.

From the moment we arrived, every of their team members were making us feel right at home. Their were incredibly attentive. The room was modern and clean and offered all listed amenities. The restaurant was good, we especially liked their desserts. The spa was the main reason we booked this place and it was great. They offer an outside pool as well as a separate house that facilitates a very large jacuzzi, a rest area and a steam & finnish sauna. Additionally to that complimentary spa, they offer an outside variety of massages which are priced at around 950,000 VND and a laundry service which is priced at 50,000 VND/kg or 75,000VND/kg for express laundry. The apartment also had everything needed for a comfortable stay (a workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, etc.). The hotel’s location was also very convenient—it only takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. If I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again. These are definitely some of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. By the way, we stayed here for three weeks.
