I had the best vacation ever, and cannot wait to come back ! A massive thanks to the staff who is AMAZING, and a special one to the main restaurant staff and Mr Hamada ! The hotel itself, absolutely gorgeous with its beautiful gardens The service ! Wow wow wow, if I was the hotel manager, I would make sure to keep these super people ! They really make a huge difference. Breakfast and dinner were very good and there was a huge selection to choose from. Mind that if you are staying for a whole week though, even this huge selection can feel repetitive as it is mostly the same every day. Fresh juices are simply amazing! I never had lunch at the hotel, so don't know about that part. In fact, I only booked room + breakfast, which gives you the option to stay for lunch / dinner every day and pay separately at check-out OR try other restaurants for example in Sharm El Sheikh. Mind that this resort is in Nabq, about 30 km from Sharm El Sheikh Old Market. Taxi will cost about 8-23 USD depending on where and how you take it, but there are minibuses traveling the distance regularly for a fracture of that price, paid with EGP in cash to the driver. The resort is spacious, clean, has several swimming pools with perfect water temperature. One of them is only for adults and a good place for relaxation. The others are very children-friendly and even have several fun programmes for families. You can also find gym, concert stage, kids' playground, tennis courts, 5 a la carte restaurants, several music shows etc. If you need help, you will feel you are important and they are happy to help. They often remember previous discussions with you, at least during off-season like in my case, when the amount of tourists is obviously less. When I booked, Booking.com offered a free airport pickup which I misunderstood and thought was from the hotel. The hotel accidentally confirmed the free airport pickup and as a result of this misunderstanding they first tried to charge the price of the transfer. After discussing what happened, they were happy to provide the airport transfer for free and even dropped me off to the airport at departure also free of charge.

The culinary offerings at the resort were also a standout. Every meal was a treat, with an amazing variety of delicious and fresh food that catered to all tastes. However, what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional care and attention we received from Mr. Ayman Samy. His helpfulness went above and beyond our expectations. He was always available to assist with any request, offering genuine care and ensuring our comfort throughout our vacation. What impressed us most was his thoughtful follow-up even after we left, checking to ensure we had a smooth journey back home. Sunrise Montemary, with its pristine rooms, stunning views, delectable food, and especially the outstanding service from individuals like Mr. Ayman Samy, made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. Our second visit to Reef Oasis Blue Bay from April 26 to 30 reaffirmed that this place is a true paradise. The hotel continues to impress with its magnificent reef, friendly staff, and high level of service. Despite a minor mix-up with the room on the first day - we were offered a different room than we had booked - the situation was quickly resolved after we approached the registration desk. This minor incident did not affect our overall impression, and we eagerly look forward to the opportunity to return here again.

best location for snorkeling! we had 4nights here, it was remote & quiet beside the construction works going on at the moment. we were glad to be far away from those giant resorts playing loud commercial songs with events..wonderful breakfasts & Juices , fair prices & taxi facilitation. A team who always tried their best to fulfill our wishes even when the english language wasn’t quite mastered. Thank you for everything

The best location in all of Sharm. They also share a beach with their neighboring 4-star hotel so you’ll get a fancy beach experience for a lot less. The view out of the balcony was breathtaking. The staff are very very helpful and friendly and the place is clean. Breakfast was okay. Overall very good value for money.

There was really friendly staff and so helpful if you need anything. I was just bed and breakfast and I was happy with that service and selection of food to eat in morning. Nice hotel room cleaned every day. Great location right in city centre next to shops and places to eat. Really nice beach. Great massage place on beach or in resort for Turkish bath etc. I had massage every morning and a Turkish bath. Great service all round they were so helpful and friendly. Brilliant massages.

Excellent place to stay in the entire Sharm EL sheikh.... With a picturesque location... Beachfront.... Water activities.. And kids play areas.... Very polite and courteous staff.... Mr. Ramadan at the Reception was very kind and helpful... The pools are awesome for adults as well as kids... Various cuisines for buffet... And of course the daily entertainment evenings.... The time just passed here very quickly.... My 6 Yr old son was very happy!! Recommended to stay.. 10/10!!!

Best place. Good vibes. Excellent place to meet other travellers. Best location for snorkeling with its wonderful reef , at 5 minute walk . Breathless. Amazing view of the sea, with its moon and warm sun. Hawary was always helpul and also the staff. I definetly recommend.

Location is perfect and staff are amazing! Very welcoming atmosphere with free drinks on arrival and in the room. Room is large and clean and the pools are perfect too with really comfy seating! Make sure to close the balcony door to not let mosquitos in. Overall really does the job for a place to stay in sharm if you’re intending on mainly being out and about in the day.

I was a solo traveller staying at this location due to the 5* diving school located on the resort. The hotel itself was very nice, everything you need in terms of food, entertainment, activities and relaxation. Even when there are hiccups in your day the hotel stay were more than happy to do all they could to make your stay as perfect as it could be.

The staff was really helpful and kind. Everybody at the hotel was nice and communicative. We will really miss you 😍 the location was perfect, we could walk to the city center. We also liked the pool filled with sea water. They let us even use the pool after the check out while we were waiting for our plane. Thanks for everything

Special thanks to Receptionist Mohamed Abdelhak ; very kind, nice and friendly person. He make or stay very easy. Housekeeper Mouhmod Hassan thank you also very good, nice worker. All room is always clean . Bartender Ahmet very helpfull. All the staff were very good. Pickalbatros is a very perfect place to stay. İt has everything for a good holiday. Food is also very good.
