Such a fantastic hotel! We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel. Good views from the restaurant area, the place was neat and tidy. The staff were very helpful and polite. We had a bus booked to Argentina where the bus company provided very little info, and the lovely staff at this hotel went out of their way to find timings and helped us book a car to drop us to the bus stop. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very nice, great location near the center of Puerto Varas, excellent view, specially in higher floors. But it also has a very nice terrace view place on the 8th floor with an incredible view of the whole city. Nice morning lake views.

An exceptional experience. We had a eco cabin which had a tremendous view of the lake and volcanoes. The cabin was spacious and modern. The fitness centre was a bonus and we also used the pool which has a similar view. Carlos at the desk was most helpful in booking day trips and other information. The hotel restaurant is high standard. Breakfast has a good choice buffet. Its a short walk to the lakeside restaurants and the town. The cabins are surely the best place to stay in Puerto Varas.
