Spacious, well equipped and clean rooms. The pool it's big enough with some shadow in the morning and evening. The beach bar it's perfect for what you need with very good prices. Enough parking places available and well organized. At the location, you will always find Pavlos, the administrator. Pavlos it's an amazing person you can rely on. With professionalism and attentive to our needs he made the difference between a good vacation and a perfect one. Pavlos, thanks for all!

I don't even know where to start. I fell in love with the villa from the first moment, I didn't want to go anywhere else. When I booked the house, I knew we would be in good hands. But I couldn't have imagined that so much. Sotiris was very kind and helpful in everything.We had a little problem but he immediately took care of everything around our travel.He selflessly helped organize everything. I mentioned to them that we were going to celebrate my 30th birthday in Cyprus. We discussed with Sotiris that his father, Andreas would wait for us and take us to the villa on the day of arrival. Andreas called me a few days before our arrival to reassure me that everything would be fine with our holiday. He said that don't worry. I trusted that everything would really turn out well. And what happened after we arrived to Cyprus is still unbelievable to me. Andreas prepared a surprise for me and my friends. It was an incredible feeling that I felt when we walked through the door. I can't even put into words the happiness and gratitude that went through my body and soul in those moments. I will forever be grateful for making me feel so special then. Even now, my heart fills with gratitude when I recall this feeling.Andreas said I will never forget this holiday. Let me share with you I will never forget not only the holiday but I won't forget you Andreas, your family and your other helpers too. You are one to one great people. You will be in my heart forever, I left a piece of my heart with you. This villa comfortably accommodates 14 people in 7 bedrooms, and there are also two additional sofas – one in the living room and one in a bedroom. The villa is very spacious and well-designed: the living room and kitchen are large and cozy, and the bedrooms are also very comfortable (just note that one of the bedrooms doesn't have windows). The pool was very clean. There are two large dining tables in the house, along with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and hosting a party or barbecue – with ice buckets, a huge number of plates, glasses, cups, a toaster, a good coffee machine, a large fridge, etc. The bed was very comfortable, with several pillows and high-quality bedding. The lower-level bedrooms have a stunning view of the pool. We were also pleasantly surprised to find another small kitchen and a nice bathroom on the lower floor (there are four bathrooms in total). You can park 2–3 cars on the property, and there is additional parking near the villa, along with a café and a taverna nearby. The host, Kristina, is very kind and welcoming and was always available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay in this house again!

It is a family business, and the owners are very friendly. The vibe of the place is great. It's an old building that has been refurbished, and it has its own charm. We prefer such places to modern houses for a village home. There is a nice swimming pool and lobby. It feel really good sitting there.

There used to be a fine hotel many years ago. The owners welcomed us with fresh orange juice, it was great! Great cooked breakfast, fresh fruit too. The room has a hot tub and we used it. (despite the flood around). The pool was very useful for me and the children, as we escaped the sudden heat in June. The pool is clean and comfortable. Thanks to the hosts, we were allowed to use the pool longer and check out later

The place is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The owner is very kind, helpful and you can feel the perfect hospitality. The room and all the environment is perfectly clean and spotless.. The swimming pool was so clean and treated with a special salts.. I highly recommend this guest house and guarantee you will spend a great time. The jacuzzi was splendid..

The property is in small village only a few minutes from the cost and convenient for the airport being only half an hour away. It built from local stone which gives it a great look. Swimming pool and a great breakfast both add to the stay.

Excellent location on the edge of Maroni village and close to the cities of Larnaca and Limassol. The property is in a location that is quiet. The living room/kitchen dining is a good size, the bedroom large and the toilet is big. The kitchen was well kitted out with a fridge and washing machine and other appliances. The outside terrace was a lovely area to spend some quiet time in the morning and afternoon. The swimming pool was a great plus to our stay.

Absolutely fabulous. Great location, spacious room, we had jacuzzi in our bathroom, amazing garden with swimming pool and alot of sunbeds and tables where we had our breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was homemade, tasty and fulfilling. Would like to recommend to everyone - don't hesitate to book, you won't regret. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Perfect service.
