Breakfast was excellent/ choice of cooked breakfast available- all consisting of fresh top quality products. The in-house restaurant exceeds any other local restaurants when it comes to value, extensive range and freshness. Portions were very generous. Evening meals were superb! Staff were all very kind and eager to please. Being the only hotel in the area that is right on the beach had its advantages- being able to rest while listening to the waves was a treat! Excellent view of the whole Bay. Ideal location for a restful stay and also for easy access to the Akamas National park. Parking available. It’s my second visit within a year and I would not stay anywhere else in Polis/ Latchi

Highly recommended—great value for money. A very nice couple runs the place. There are three units in very spacious apartments, and everything you need is provided, including a kettle. There’s a supermarket nearby, and they really took care of me—it felt like home.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, quiet, and recently renovated, with everything we needed, beautiful furniture and a very nice design. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, which made our stay even better. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything in Latchi. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We arrived late, and they assisted us with making the booking online, helped us find parking, and were just full of positive energy. Their support really made a difference. This has been the best place I’ve stayed in Latchi so far, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Great location with panoramic views on the Akama mountains and the sea. Apartment have two rooms and both of them have access to the balcony. Very good proposal for a family stay. Aircondition is efficient and available in both rooms. Mr. Socrates is great and discrete host who welcomed Us at arrival and showed everything. I had some questions and requests before arrival and communication with Him was at top level. Swimming pool is nice and clean. In some time We'll definitely be back here.

We only stayed 1 night but it was great. We were upgraded to a large 1 bed apartment. The bathroom was designed for the disabled and elderly. The swimming pool also had disabled access and even a hoist. 2 minute walk to the big supermarket and 5 minutes to the old part of Polis with its lovely restaurants and bars. The wifi and breakfast were both great and the family who own it are lovely and welcoming.

The swimming pool is cleaned everyday and is just perfect. The outside gardens are beautifully kept. Lots of space in the villa itself, with views to the sea. Easy walking distance to Latchi Harbour with lots of bars and restaurants. The owners (Alex and Kathy) are super nice and made us feel at home. This was our 5th stay here and will return!
