This one is a 10+. The location is great if you want to have a good rest. No noise, great air quality, refreshing nights in the summer. Very nice owner. It was no problem to store my bicycle inside. Then the room: you get a looot of space for what you pay. There's a table, a kitchen and everything to make your own food if you need to. Also comfy beds. So I definitely recommend this place.
