- it’s a great price for value ratio - even though the owner lives at the premises, we felt we had plenty of privacy at both the apartment and the garden - the apartment was nice and cold even during the times of extremely hot weather - the pool was clean and ideal during the hot summer - the owner was pleasant and very helpful
