Great location. Food at the bar was very tasty, good choice on the menu. Breakfast was excellent, good choice at the buffet and additional menu items also available. The vegan coconut yogurt was exceptional.

The staff were so helpful, especially Asmita on reception check in. The room was comfortable, exceptionally clean, bed linen and towels of good quality. Breakfast offered a wide choice, the buffet cooked items were hot (so rare!) An excellent location. I loved it.

Very kind and helpful staff I would to highlight Oksana and Firuza!! Really close to the city centre 10 min walk. The breakfast was very delicious and well prepared.

The staff were particularly pleasant. Seems like a well run hotel. Ideal if you don't need to go into Cardiff. Mattress a bit on the firm side for me.

Garden suite with a fire pit was fantastic. All the staff were very helpful. Nice pool, sauna, and steam room too.

One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed at: the eye for detail regarding decorations and interior design is simply extraordinary! We stayed in a family room, and then booked another night in a double room: both were just amazing and so very comfortable and clean. Wonderful location by the seaside, WSM is absolutely gorgeous and worth a visit! The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was scrumptious at an amazing value, nothing was ever too much to ask. The pool was great, safe on-site parking, what a find! We will be back, highly recommend!
