Fabulous stay. Best night sleep we have had for a long time. Traveled with two dogs. Who felt happy and content. Staff are lovely and friendly especially the breakfast staff. Amazing breakfast 😋 love the added bonus of warm pool and spa..with friendly staff. Parking easy with shops close by. Want to stay longer..thank you!

Our room that we always have 127 is ideal for us and our furbaby neve its a lot quiter where we are also the staff are excellent Demi on reception was extremely helpful and I thank her for all what she did to accommodate our stay then we have Olivia who was also lovely and helpful then you have summer who was behind the bar and also lovely and helpful and then Jan the housekeeper who made our room lovely that is why we keep coming back we try and get there 3 times a year the food again was excellent especially the breakfast it was really busy as there was 2 big functions on so 100% I give to them all thank you for making our 3 days special 😊 xx

We had a fantastic experience at Hillside - our New Year’s Eve was brilliant! The Van was pristine and it was so lovely and warm inside - we had a great time and would recommend staying here for anyone! We are so grateful to the host and the communication! We watched the fireworks from the van. Thank you so much.

Excellent hotel, rooms were large and spacious, good buffet breakfast and if you paid for it the night before you only paid 12 pound, plenty of parking, good bar and restaurant and nice staff

Lovely hotel, pool and spa amazing. Nice breakfast, nice seating areas in and around bar, mixture of the old house and new. Staff extremely polite and helpful.
