I received sad news and had to check out. The staff could not have been kinder. Everything was spotless. Although the hotel was busy, breakfast was well organised and you didn't have to wait to be seated. Fantastic organisation

Cleanliness, location, coffee machine in the room, comfy bed. They even provided a heater as we like the room temperature to be warmer than usual. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hussein who was very helpful with the luggage and even got us a taxi.

Food was amazing , rooms very big and roomy and comfortable .. even though only 2 degrees outside the rooms were always warm even with window open for fresh air all night. The building had so much charm and character , the pool and spa were very nice and steam rooms very hot ... great hearing stories of the history of the place and stories that added to an amazing stay ...Staff were all very helpful and always greeted with a hello and smile ...dining rooms were set up so well with big comfortable chairs loved our stay wished was longer
