Apart from the lovely surroundings of the apartment and the fact that it is very close to the beach what stands out is the obvious attention to details in the building and the room itself. The views from the room was breathtaking and the terrace absolutely perfect to sip your morning coffee. The rooms are fully equipped and with lovely details such as the lighting fixtures, wall design and small decorations that make the whole room feel more homely and not a generic hotel room. I was particularly impressed by the attention that was paid not only to the rooms but also the overall building - night time views even more so. You can expect great value for money here and enjoy your stay and the lovely aesthetic not only of Crete, but also the hotel itself.

The staff were amazing and the room was super clean 👌The location was perfect fowr a beach holiday and very close to Agios Nikolaos. We used it as a base to explore most of the island and found the location very practical for most of our trips. The breakfast was great quality and diversified from day to day.

This hotel is truly a little slice of paradise. The property itself is beautiful, with sleek architecture and breathtaking views that make every moment feel like a postcard. The team—especially Mariana, Panos, Georges and everyone else ( can't remember all the names) —were warm, helpful, and genuinely lovely people. Our room was modern, extremely comfortable, and packed with smart tech that actually worked (a rare treat!). Breakfast was excellent every day—fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. We loved how peaceful and secluded the setting was, yet still walkable to Agios Nikolaos in about 25 minutes. And with only 15 rooms, it never felt crowded—there was always a sun lounger waiting, no early towel wars required! A perfect blend of design, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect for our family holiday. The location for us was great to explore the town and different beaches with our hire car. There is a stone and sand beach practically across the road that was great for snorkelling. There is a taverna there too which did lovely fish. So you could easily stay here and not need a car. Our apartment and all the grounds at Primavera were immaculate! The apartment was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels very regularly. They even made the kids toys look cute on their beds! The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the staff are so lovely, they make this place very special! Sevi and Tula especially looked after us so well! They gave the kids a little Greek lesson every day as well as great tips for where to visit. We had breakfast and lunch at the pool bar every day, it was fresh, delicious and very reasonable. The gift left in our kitchen on our wedding anniversary was very sweet too! The pool was immaculately clean, never crowded and just perfect! The whole place feels so peaceful but welcoming, even for our young kids. Everything there was lovely, we highly recommend anyone to visit and hope to return one day!

They value their customers. Staff was very helpful, friendly and happy from reception to breakfast everyone. The hotel is very clean, excellent breakfast and location.We had an absolutely amazing time at Niko Seaside Resort. The rooms werw spacious and spotless. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they speak many languages so it's easy to communicate. The rooms are lovely and the place is really clean. They were cleaning our room every single day. The breakfast has anything you need to start your day. They also have a small but nice swimming pool and sunbeds and tables around. Just a lovely place.

Very hospitable! Very cozy apartments equipped with plethora of amenities(Fridge, Washing machine, Air Condition). The swimming pool is also very nice and clean. The location of the apartments might not be central but it is very quiet and calming.

Apartment nice and clean. Fully equipped. Staff very kind. There is tge swimming pool on a side and the beach on the other side. Very confortable.

Convenient time-slot for checking in and out. Nice swimming pool. Private terrace to sit outdoor. An apartment with two bedrooms and a living room; the rooms were clean. Mosquito nets in all windows. The kitchen equipped with things needed for a few-day stay. Proximity to the town and great beaches. Parking lot.
