It is a well-appointed and comfortable villa which is cleaned on a daily basis. It is very secure in a gated resort with a reception area. The staff are excellent. A welcome basket, robes and additional pool towels are provided. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the beach and a shop across the road. An excellent restaurant, The Halfway House, is also across the road. The accommodation and service are 5-star and Angeliki and her team ensure that everyone’s stay is thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return. It is the best place to stay on the island. Well done to the Mamfredas Resort and thank you!

I will NEVER forget our magical stay at Olea. If you heared about Greek hospitality, this is the place to prove it!!!!!! Their team was so organised and helped us book our activities in the island. Our boat trips, restaurants, spa , all activities in the island was just booked by them and we had the maximum quality and luxury possible. (Private drivers, private guides, pick up from hotel and back, 24hours care etc.) Also have you ever dreamed of waking up and having your coffe in your watersuite? Yes, thats possible if you book at Olea. Gurmet breakfast with Ionian sea views and thats not even the best part... Live classical Cello music by an absolute professional cello player who make you relax, dream, calm. Last but not least, the STUNNING Greek Boho design, with amazing ceramic vases, unique bathrooms, island styled rooms, minimal greek architecture. There are sooo much more that come to mind now, I can keep writing for ever ! I can't remember all the names of the fantastic team of Olea, But Ill mention Christina, the host, who is a gorgeous lady from Zakinthos, who literally educated us about this island and directed us to visit all the MUST spots of the island. Then Soteris ,the supervisor with the girls team at the frond office - reseption upgraded the quality of our stay in the island with the extra care and love during our stay at Olea. Guys, you an amazing. Please, stay as amazing as you are! We will never forget you, and of course, it's not a good bye, it's a see you soon! (Next year) !!!!!!!! Not only breakfast but dinner was always perfect. All of the staff were so friendly! And it was a refreshing experience to hold a new event every day. The accommodation was better than expected, but the friendly staff made this accommodation feel even better! This is a highly recommended accommodation for anyone visiting Zakynthos!!!!!

Me and my fiancé loved everything, from the room to personnel and all the services that were offered. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness and friendliness, especially to the cleaning crew who made a fantastic job each day of our staying. Tucked away off the main street but a good location. We had a twin room right at the back of the property, it was on the 1st floor so had stairs to get up to it. But it was a lovely size room with a balcony looking towards the front of the property and the pool. Comfy beds and decent size bathroom. Nice to have hanging facilities on the balcony to hang wet clothes, towels etc. Great pool with plenty of space and sun lounges available. We had a car and managed to park in the laneway next to property. Walking distance to many restaurants and beach, although we used the car and drove to all the different viewpoints and beaches on the island. Great staff, always available to help if we needed. Absolutely loved our stay here.

The location is very nice. It is 10 minutes walking to the Tsilivi beach which is very nice for families. The swimming pool was clean and nice. I've seen a technician checking the swimming pool water quality at least once during the week we spent there. They organize activities at the pool every day, but for kids. Some of the staff was nice and tried to help. The room was big and suitable for a family (speaking about the size).

The location and owners. 2 minute walk to the beach to swim, has a pool. Amazing views from our outdoor area and in a quieter setting. Close to all amenities no vehicle needed only for fun or to discover more of the Island

A very nice hotel with 3 swimming pools about 10 minutes from the beach in Tsilivi. Clean, rooms cleaned every day, very good air conditioning on hot days. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Peaceful, I recommend it for families with children, a separate swimming pool for children.

The hotel is exceptional! We felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were kind, warm and welcoming. Their service was exceptional. We loved our room with a private swimming pool, and the main pool, along with the bar, was also fantastic.

We spent 2 weeks here in June & found the Peratzada Team to be warm, friendly & always willing to help. The well planned & equipped apartments, swimming pool & grounds are kept immaculate & the crockery, cutlery and laundry are gleaming. We'd like to give special thanks to the lovely Aphrodite who kept our apartment spotless. Well done Peratzada Team, you're doing a great job.
