Of the 5 hotels we stayed at in India, we enjoyed this one by far the most. The rooms were comfortable (and with good beds and pillows) but what made this hotel memorable was the incredible warmth and hospitality of the employees. It made our stay feel relaxing and at the same time memorable. The breakfast buffet, included with the room, was the best we have had at any hotel in India - sitting outside on the porch to eat enjoy the greenery added even more. The food was outstanding at all meals. Ganesh and Sanjeev, our most frequent waiters, were absolutely a pleasure to interact with, and felt like old friends by the end of our 4 day stay. We loved this hotel's dining room, and the staff which made it run like a well-oiled machine. The food was absolutely outstanding, and the chef was a frequent presence in the dining room, checking on diners. We also enjoyed the many wedding festivities and other events which took place, making the hotel a lively place to stay. The doorman, Sudhir, was also extremely helpful on many occasions, and we enjoyed being recognized and greeted warmly when returning from arduous trips to the Ajanta and Ellora caves. We would recommend this hotel without any hesitation, and also felt it represented great value for the money. (We enjoyed it much more than the Taj Krishna hotel in Hyderabad) The front desk staff were always extraordinarily helpful and available to give whatever help or information was needed.

Good service. English-speaking staff. The room was spacious and included everything we needed Lots of choices for breakfast, that are changed everyday, be it indian food or western food. Good restaurant where you can order food or have the buffet. You can pay with Visa card. There are additional services that we didn't try such as laundry, swimming pool or gym.

Super clean and tastefully done rooms, only 4 star hotel to accommodate family of 4 in same room with huge begs for all 4 to sleep! Buffet breakfast was excellent too. This is an exceptional hotel offering 5 star facilities at the price of 4 star.
