Very helpfull and kind staff. It was very easy to arrange transfer from airport to hotel with them and also not too expensive. Not only the room but whole hotel was very clean all the time. Even i did not include diner in the reservation i was always able to get a table

We got the nice surprise of being upgrade so we spent 2 nights in this nice hôtel. The room was very comfortable and with all required equipment The kids also liked the pool on the top floor Location is fine as you can easily take a tuk tuk to thé temple in the center if Madurai. Staff was very nice and breakfast including western and indian options.
