All the staff, without exception treated us impeccably. It felt totally natural and they had pride in their jobs. I have never enjoyed a hotel stay more. Lovely adult only pool on the roof (another for the whole family on the other side of the hotel) We had a wonderful ayurvedic massage at very reasonable cost.

We (couple) stayed for 3 nights. It is a magical location up amongst the clouds. Scenary is spectacular and facilities amazing. Great if you want to relax and immerse yourself in nature. Staff were also fantastic - also recommend the jeep safari to see the local area

Location is fantastic! hotel is surrounded by cardamom and coffee plantations. free plantation walking and bird watching tours are being offered. the rooms are nicely furnished and quiet. the pool is nice,too! service, hospitality as well as the food served is outstanding. the reception helped us to coordinate taxi drivers for transportation. communication with the hotel before arriving was also super smooth! would come back without hesitation!

All the staff were exceptional. There was lots of activities, yoga morning and evening with Anil which was so relaxing, chayakkada and fire pit every evening, bird watching walks each morning with Bibin. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great and one of us required a special diet so Sijo the head chef catered to us personally each day. The tour manager Bibin went so far above and beyond to arrange different tours of Munnar most days. Then there was even more things to keep us occupied like a games room, pool, basketball and badminton. We really can't think of anything negative to say, we even extended our stay. Oh and no mosquitoes, instead we had local birds visiting our balcony.

We absolutely loved staying at Chandys for our first visit to Munnar, it's a beautiful resort in a perfect location, grand and stylish however blended with absolute beauty of nature. We had amazing service the whole time from check-in till check-out and the staff here are so accommodating and lovely. Room was nice & neat, and the food was delicious. Small, clean, tranquil and charming boutique hotel located on the mountain slope. There is a picturesque view from the pool over the mountains and lushy tea plantations. Very good and tasty restaurant. Last but not least....the guy working in the reception is extremely helpful, nice and pro active. Already prior the trip, he booked us great hike in the mountains, as well the transfers. Everything at very affordable price. There are lots of activities to do in surrounding area - two-night stay was far away too short.Thanks a lot for very enjoyable stay!

As a British tourist visiting Kerala for the first time, staying at The Feel Munnar Resort was truly one of the highlights of my trip. Nestled amidst the lush green hills of Munnar, this charming resort offered the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and breathtaking views. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warm smiles, helpful nature, and prompt service really stood out. The check-in was smooth, and we were immediately struck by the serene atmosphere – exactly what you'd hope for when visiting Munnar. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a private balcony overlooking the misty hills and tea plantations. Waking up to the sunrise with a cup of freshly brewed local tea was a truly unforgettable experience. The bed was comfortable, the linens crisp, and the bathroom modern and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delicious Kerala cuisine with generous portions and plenty of vegetarian options. I particularly enjoyed the traditional breakfast and the evening campfire experience – a lovely touch that brought guests together. The resort also helped us arrange a tea plantation tour and a guided trek, which I highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore the natural beauty of Munnar. The location is peaceful yet well-connected, making it easy to access the main attractions like Eravikulam National Park and Mattupetty Dam. Whether you're a solo traveller, couple, or family looking for a relaxing retreat in Munnar, I can't recommend The Feel Munnar Resort highly enough. Very nice resort in Munnar, handful activities for kids as well, Swimming pool is nice and big. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room service is real fast and the staffs behavior very welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay. Resort location and swimming pool with mountain views was good. Resort is not overcrowded, so stay was more like private and pleasant.

Amazing view of hills and waterfall from room, swimming pool, and restaurant. The food and service were excellent. Also had some lovely extras that you don't find in many hotels, free afternoon tea with a view and about 6pm someone comes to room to check everything okay and give you a snack. Also, daily activities, like yoga, morning nature, walk to waterfall etc All staff helpful and smiley. We will definitely return to this hotel when next in India

A wonderful hotel set amongst the tea plantations with exceptional views of the waterfall and the surrounding countryside. A delightful terrace for eating and drinking, set next to the swimming pool. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed with excellent bathrooms. Moreover, the staff were unfailingly helpful, friendly and courteous that contributed to a lovely two days of relaxation and walking amongst the tea plantations.

A wonderful stay which is was very clean and comfortable. The room itself was aesthetically pleasing and a wonderful view from the balcony. Great hospitality from the helpful staff. Brilliant facilities indoors, ranging from a swimming pool, gym, and sports/conference hall. In house restaurant served nice food.
