It's a fantastic, beautiful resort with very kind and competent staff. Suresh was assigned to take care of us on arrival and was able to help with all sorts of requests we had. We made tours to the nearby lakes for which the hotel helped organise the taxis. The meals (we had breakfast and lunch) were very much to our liking, too. We also loved the option of playing table tennis. This is really a lovely place we would love to return to one day!

It was amazing experience and loved the resort. Food was nice, staffs were welcoming, beautiful property. In resturant menu could have been better and service was quite late, rest all was fine.

Had a wonderful stay at Excel Hotels and Resorts Bhimtal..Staffs are really helpful and well behaved...the rooms are very big net and clean..and have all the amenities.. basically it's a value more money experience looking forward to visit again to the property..
