GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels far exceeded my expectations, especially after having stayed at other hotels in Yercaud. Sure, it's a bit pricey but it's money well spent for a delightful experience. The staff were amazing and attentive, responding immediately to any feedback, including my comment that the jacuzzi wasn't working (turned out I hadn't turned on the right switch). The room was modern, well-furnished, and comfortable, and had an amazing view. The bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep, and breakfast was satisfying. I was also impressed with the strong Wi-fi network, which was pretty bad during my stays at other Yercaud hotels. I had avoided the hotel in the past because I thought the hotel was too far away from the main town but I was wrong. A brisk walk will get you there in 15-20 minutes. I also liked the little Sky Walk near the restaurant--it's interesting to look down when you're standing on the clear glass parts of the walkway. Overall, a wonderful property with charming staff.

Staffs are Amazing really, My Son 1st Birthday came on exactly on the day of Staying here. The hotel staffs around 10 of them joined with us for the Cake Cuts took pictures, made our Son 1st Birthday Celebration Amazingly well. Room Size was very Big & Happy for the Same.
