The breakfast was wonderful, as was the garden. It was exceptionally clean, and communication with Giulia was excellent. All in all a great place to stay, very relaxed yet it had all the amenities and was in a perfect location.

From the start to the finish of our stay, everything was perfect. A lovely apartment in s great location. Opposite a supermarket and a cafe. 10 mins walk from the old town where you can find various fabulous restaurants and bars. The apartment is immaculate, it looks brand new it's so well kept. Everything you'll need from toiletries, tea/coffee, water/drinks in the fridge, cereals & snacks. The shared swimming pool is great and is only for residents with passes. The family who owns it were lovely and super helpful. They even picked us up from the cruise port and offered to take us to the airport for much less than a taxi costs. All apartment rentals should be like this!

Great property for kids with plenty of activities to do. Good location to stop on our way back from Tuscany on the way to Rome FMC airport. Beautiful immediate surroundings. Plenty of space in the accomodation. Generous breakfast with lots of options for kids and adults. Very kind hosts that went above and beyond.

We stayed at Palazzo Podesta for one night before boarding a cruise. The accommodation was very clean and stylish.The hosts were very hospitable and helpful,and the pool was very refreshing. We had really great time at this place. Apartment is big and have all facilities for comfortable stay. The most amazing part for us is wonderful private garden with rabbits and turtles. It was the pleasant surprise. Also there is a hot tube, swimming pool and sunbeds for relax. Daniele is very good host and nice person. We enjoyed our stay. It’s really remarkable place. Thank you!
