Nice small boutique Hotel in a quiet location, far from the villages. In general, it is an excellent construction, as well as the surrounding area. However, you need a car. A small problem was the internet, but I believe they will make it faster

We had the most wonderful two weeks at La Casa di Campagna, hosted by the warm and welcoming Mara and Massimo at their idyllic Umbrian farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, the staff were always so friendly, smiley, and ready to help, which made us feel immediately at home. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the communal lounge area with its handy shared fridge and coffee maker. The property itself is spacious and beautifully kept, with a gorgeous swimming pool, plenty of loungers, and quiet corners throughout the gardens that are perfect for relaxing with a book. The restaurant was a real highlight – the food is absolutely outstanding, with traditional regional Italian dishes full of flavour, lots of variety, and delicious daily specials. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a plentiful buffet and the option of freshly cooked eggs and bacon. All in all, La Casa di Campagna is not only a wonderful place to stay, but also perfectly located for exploring Umbria, Lake Trasimeno, and Tuscany. We truly loved every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

The studio/house was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – a perfect home away from home. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with enough variety to start the day right. Parking right in front of the property was very convenient, and the swimming pool was a real highlight – clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. It is located in the beautiful city, that you probably would not go to see. It was very modern, clean and spacious. You have breakfast served in the apartment, previous night you choose what you want and sent it to the host. Host was so nice and welcoming, she responded very fast and was very helpful. For breakfast if you let her in advance she provides vegan options, so that was perfect. We forgot to let her know in advance, but she still managed to get us a plant based milk. Thank you for that! Parking is near, 3 minutes away, it if for free and outside the ZTL.

A stunning location in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. An oasis of peace and tranquility in the hills, but easily accessible on quiet, well maintained roads. There is a beautiful pool and garden terrace. More boutique than agriturismo, our apartment was exceptionally well-equipped; every single detail had been thought about and provided. We loved the eco ethos and the warm welcome from Ivano and his family. Ivano provided WhatsApp links to local attractions, restaurants and nearby supermarkets and was extremely helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends. We would have liked to stay longer, but I’m sure we will be back.
