The view from our room was lovely, we didnt come to ski but would definitely recommend the location and scenery from this hotel, its stunning. Breakfast selection was brilliant and all the food was fresh and delicious. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel. Super clean and cosy. The sauna and steam room was amazing and clean. Sauna was very hot and nice. Staff were so friendly. At breakfast you can get cooked eggs and other bits.

We loved our 5-day stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great choice of 3 various cushions for everyone's liking. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00, we recommend a fantastic freshly prepared omelette! The choice of food is ok, however, like almost everywhere in Italy, there is lack of fresh vegetebles except for slices of tomatoes :-(. The spa area comprises of 5 good saunas, two of them with a view to the mountains, and lots of space to rest on comfy beds afterwards. It is not allowed for children, which is really good, as you can rest in silence (only few guests did not respect this). We liked the outdoor pool with heated water and a marvellous mountain view! During the stay at the spa area (opened 2pm-8 pm) you have drinks (hot/cold water, blackcurrant juice, herbal tea and fruit tea) as well as fruit & nuts available. Bathrobes and (good quality) slippers are handed out at the reception for the whole stay. Fitness room is big and good, a number of machines, maybe not the newest ones but working. It would be great to have there paper towels to clean the machines after usage. A big advantage is a very well heated ski room with lots of handles for skiis and boots and benches to sit while changing the shoes. The hotel offers a possibility to keep your car in their own spacious garage for an extra cost of 8 EUR per day - a very good idea especially when it snows! The height of the garage is enough to get there even with a skiing box on a van. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski lifts, which - on another hand- saves you 8 EUR for the car park :-). In addition, we got free tickets for public transport for the time of our stay and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel!

This is a perfect hotel! We absolutely loved our stay and there is not one thing we can pick out that was bad. All was new and modern. Room was clean and functional. Enough space for our things. View from balcony was fairy tale. We could hear no sound from the hall or street. Underground parking was safe and bike room was equipped with all sorts of things you need for the service of your bike. Outside station to clean your bike was free and very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. Everyone from the staff was nice and polite, willing to help us. Sky pool and spa was total paradise. Roof top terrace and sauna with view on the mountains. Really, we wish to come back very soon and spend more time here. Probably the best hotel we have been to.

Beautiful hotel with lovely aspect located within a couple of minutes walk of the main town. Large, modern suite (211) with large bathroom (walk in shower) & separate toilet. Large balcony with views of the mountains. Very quiet especially once the door to the balcony is closed which completely negates the nearby church bell ringing. Breakfast & evening meals were very good. Friendly & efficient staff.

Fantastic location. Beautiful views. A sky-lift close by. Very pleasant swimming pool with a mountain view. Good saunas. Excellent design of the lobby, with really good pictures at the walls. Elegant and rich breakfast and dinner.

The location is fantastic, I can get over the view of the monte pana yet. Just incredible. Also I loved the swimming pool and sauna.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment number 4. It had everything we needed. We appreciated the equipped kitchen with all the basics, the spacious bathroom. The bedroom has the view on the forest, so waking up was a treat. And after long hikes, we took a swim in the swimming pool. The location is ideal to explore the Val Gardena as it is only a short drive to all cable car stations.
