This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel in 2025, great location, above shopping mall, car parking very convenient, beautiful sea views from the room, clean and comfortable bed, staff were very friendly and helpful and professional, excellent breakfast, definitely will come back again in the near future.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Room is very clean. The staff at the reception are very approachable and friendly. Appreciate their help: helping me to arrange for luggage transfer to Tohoku region. The eateries at the hotel are very yummy and there are loads of varieties. Definitely will stay again if i am at Yokohama😊

The staff was great. They let us check in 2 hours early which we greatly appreciated. Everything went very well. The room was comfortable. The location is nice. Chinatown is just across the street. The other tourist sights are near by but we chose a taxi to take us there. I would recommend The Rose Hotel for sure.

Our stay at the harbour terrace was excellent. The room and the view are unbeatable. A great place to unwind and watch/listen to the waves go by. Hospitality is excellent. Highly recommend!

Next to the beach, quiet spot, really clean and with a common area, felt the breakfast a little lacking but it wasn't even included so bonus! Really nice hosts =)
