Quite unexpectedly this turned out to be a perfect hotel for me. When faced with the choice of whether to stay 2 days more in Bishkek the Orion was an additional factor that made me stay. I can't even pick one particular feature: everything is perfect or near-perfect. High ceilings, decor, breakfast and excellent service at breakfast, spa with hearty massage, impeccable cleanliness, absence of unnecessary noise and glitter and other unnecessary disturbances. Sort of elegantly understated, not an Instagram place (finally...). Very calm, very safe. On top of this I could even open my window, which is a luxury in the centre of Bishkek - it was quiet enough.

This hostel is amazing: very friendly and helpful owner (does speak English and French as well), the yurt as a dorm, the common spaces to meet other travellers, the swimming pool. Overall, the hostel felt cozy and relaxing for me. In Central Asia, the coolest hostel I've been.

24/7 front desk, hostel activities every night or two. Private room was excellent, beds were nice, pool was great. Was very social when I went, stayed about a week in total. When I lost my phone and all my money the staff helped my out massively: One women on the desk lent me her personal phone and some money for half the day so I could go to the bank, call home and buy a new phone, above and beyond service. Canteen on-site that was 24/7

- Friendly staff, that often helped us with minor enquirers like cutlery and glasses to the room - They provide friendly staff members that fulfill your needs. e.g. Aibek who drove us around the scenic coast of Issyk Kul stopping at various locations for scenic pictures that he helped us take. Aibek met us in the evening suggesting the types of 1-day, 2-day routes for different needs and budgets. Overall the trip was very detailed and exceeded our expectations of Kyrgyzstan’s nature. - Clean LARGE rooms, unlike many locations that have tiny rooms this hotel surprised with beautiful 24m^2 rooms with balconies overseeing the trees. - Bathroom has a large shower allowing tall people to move freely - The WiFi was really good around 100MBps, I watched the final between Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid with no lags. Even my home WiFi doesn’t provide such good streams -Breakfast is available to be had outside that is very nice during sunny Bishkek weather, and air doesn’t feel as dirty as in city center. Lots of greenery around in the beautiful garden. - Despite what seemed to have been far location in terms of walkable distance, YandexGO app (a.k.a local Uber) is an affordable option if you want to visit most vital tourist attractions of Bishkek during your stay at this hotel.

Everything was perfect. I travel a lot and I hardly can say these words to a hotel. But Novotel is something. Personnel is really extremely helpful and not tiresome. Very clean, very decent. In particular I can distinguish the meals and the lobby — they are out of this world.

Clean and comfortable room. Swimming pool is a bonus... But highly appreciated considering the temperature in Bishkek during our stay. The real bonus: Azema is willing to help you organise your trip through Kyrgyzstan with great advices and you never get the feeling that you bother her. She is really nice and does her best to make you feel well in her house. Thanks a lot!

Loveliest little hotel with bungalows and rooms. Lovely sauna and small swimming pool to enjoy 24/7. Nice breakfast with really nice chicken samosas, porridge, eggs and various cheese and sausages. Quiet area of a capital city- so quiet that you wake up in the morning because you are recharged and slept well as opposed to cars and city noise. Lovely staff

One of the best 5 star hotels I have ever been. Staff is very nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast with huge variety of choices and good coffee. Spa zone is very good as well. 19 m swimming pool and hot sauna. Nice sport zone. Rooms are perfectly equipped. High quality cosmetics.
