The hotel is just lovely: quiet place, everything is clean, big rooms with AC and fan, good pillows, hot water, TV and a pool, good wifi. We had a long flight, so it was perfect place to stay and have rest. We had very beautiful room on the 1st floor with a little garden. The hotel is not big, so you can feel privacy: I think only our family used the pool)) Very good kitchen, tasty breakfast and other menu. I would like to say thank you to the staff: they helped us with all the questions we had, starting from the taxi and sightseeing to the help with doctor. I definitely would recommend this place and will come again when visiting Colombo

Where to begin! As you arrive, from the outside you don't see what is awaiting you. As soon as you enter, it's as if you have stumbled across an oasis! You are welcomed by the very friendly staff, sat on a couch, provided a wet towel to wipe your face and a refreshing fruit juice. Check in is so smooth, we didn't have to do anything. We just enjoyed the juice while the formalities were taken care of. The room was amazing. We had the Simha room, which had the private jacuzzi. It was big and comfortable. Very highly recommended!

Wow! We chose this place because it was close to the Immigration office and to the place we were going to work, and because the pictures looked good. I usually take the pictures on Booking with a pinch of salt but at Villa 53 the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the place! It is all you see and more. We were literally welcomed with open arms as though we were old friends and not complete strangers. Sriyantha and Champi welcomed us into their palatial home with smiles and hugs and a delicious glass of ice cold juice. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with big comfy beds with thick duvets and soft pillows. The bathroom is huge with a walk in shower and a bathtub. The pool in the backyard is big enough to swim laps if you're so inclined, perfect temperature. We sat outside in the evening and enjoyed the beautiful garden, the birdsong and the soft perfume from the flowers. In the morning the ladies made us a wonderful breakfast of omelets and fruit, the first day and a Sri Lankan breakfast the second day. Both were great. The immigration office is a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Very convenient. Sriyanta drove us to a great restaurant in the evening and came an picked us up when we were done! Service above and beyond. We were sorry to have to leave and will definitely want to stay here again when we come back to Colombo. We arrived as strangers (not for long) and departed as (almost) family.

Our stay at Zion Property Care was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the host, Ms. Susila, who was incredibly friendly and supportive. Her warmth and attentiveness made our stay special and comfortable. The entire apartment was air-conditioned, with fans available as well, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The view from the resort was absolutely superb, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. My family and I, a group of seven from Canada, recently had the pleasure of staying at Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. The houseboat we stayed on offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were not only spacious but also beautifully designed, making our stay incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a culinary delight, with dishes that catered perfectly to our taste buds. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of the food consistently impressed us. During our stay, we enjoyed two cruises each day through the picturesque Bolgoda waterways. The early morning cruise was particularly breathtaking as we were greeted by the serene beauty of nature waking up. We spotted numerous birds and even got a glimpse of the stunning sunrise. The sunset cruise, on the other hand, provided a different yet equally mesmerizing experience as we sailed through the calm waters with the sky painted in shades of orange and pink. The entire experience was beyond our expectations, and if given the chance, we would gladly stay here 100 times over. Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda is a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay

This was a fantastic accommodation with an amazing view. The location was really good as it was close to many restaurants and high way entrance. There was a supermarket in the building and it was a very secure apartment. The pool was very useful and roof top was an added bonus. Bedroom were comfortable, all needed items for a comfortable stay was provided. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in sri lanka.
