We had the lovely corner Deluxe Room with windows on two sides of the hotel facing the streets with very little traffic. The windows make a nice cross breeze which we prefer to the excellently functioning A/C. The glass panel in the door to the corridor had an excellent blind for total privacy. Lots of device outlets. The bed was actually sumptuous and I'm picky about beds. We heard no street or party noise any time. Excellent staff, always quick to be of assistance whenever you go past the reception desk, and generously offer water. We felt as though we were visiting friends there and in the dining room. As an aside from a foodie: the hotel is located near several excellent restaurants including the remarkable Antiqua Trattoria which is always busy (hint: go early); make a reservation at Tostevere located across the street below your room window, and also find Heche de Mexico (if I spelled that correctly: it means "Made in Mexico"), it is very near with beautiful ambience and delicious food.

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the hotel entrance/dining area was vibrant and beautifully decorated. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was the perfect pressure! We wanted to take the shampoo, conditioner and soap home because they smelled so good. The hotel left little treats in the room at check-in and once again in the evening, which was a lovely surprise! Finally, the hotel front desk was very helpful in arranging a driver for our trip back to CDMX and one of the hotel staff insisted (despite our protests) on carrying our heavy suitcase to the end of the street for our pickup, and he refused to take a tip from us. We were blown away by this hotel!

One could not dream of a better place to stay in San Miguel de Allende. 1- the garden is beyond BEAUTIFUL. If you pay attention, every detail makes it so unique. Needless to say that the heated pool makes a great difference. 2- the décoration of the premises - so authentic. And our room was extremely comfortable. 3- the kindness of the staff… and very thoughtful. 4- the breakfast was AMAZING and served to your table (no buffet) which was great and made it available until noon. This hôtel is a secret treasure!

Sunset Condo was everything we hoped and more. Very roomy, well furnished, a properly furnished private condo to a high standard. All the appliances worked, unlike some places we have stayed. The magnificent views over San Miguel especially in the mornings over breakfast were lovely. It was warm while we were there and the swimming pool was a bonus and the aircon worked perfectly. The host representative met us on arrival and also was in touch during our stay to help. It was very quiet and very secure! Would we go back - absolutely.

Situated close to the centre of town the hotel is pretty with the rooms all based around a lovely courtyard garden central area with swimming pool. The pool itself is warm and pleasant to sit around. The rooms are typically a decent size. Breakfast is included, which makes a pleasant change and it’s pretty good.

The property is in a very quiet and relaxing gated community. The swimming pool is just a few steps away from the house, and it has areas to eat some snacks with your group. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and it has all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. The location is amazing, the community is in the center of San Miguel, so you can easily walk anywhere in town and get back in a few minutes. Highly recommended.
