The apartment was modern, clean and just as described in the listing. We were especially impressed with the full length windows in the living area that gave us stunning views of Johor Bahru’s skyline, especially at night. The location is very strategic—KSL City Mall is just a 10-minute walk away, and we could easily get a Grab to City Square Mall or KOMTAR JBCC within 10 minutes. We also visited the Arulmigu Glass Temple nearby, which was a beautiful and unique experience.

They had different room selections. We took the Grand King which had a large bed for all the 4 of us. It was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is very much enjoyed by the kids. Big, with an additional dinosaur pool with slides and playground. My family enjoyed so much. And Breakfast was great as usual. I find this the best place for families with young kids. Attached shopping centre was so convenient. We don't have to go out.

The Apartment is very clean and has a very nice outdoor swimming pool for the kids. A washing machine was also provided. Special thanks to the host Vic, for the speedy response even though we encountered some issues with the heater system close to midnight.

Location was easy to find and near to malls with just few minutes of driving! Apartment had their basic necessities ready and are all equipped with air conditioners. Facilities was great and is children-friendly! There’s adult/children swimming pool and indoor kids playground! Scenery of the swimming pool was amazing as it is facing an open space.

The service apartment is located above the Paradigm shopping mall. There are ice skating rink, kids indoor playground, archery, karaoke, cinema, food arcade and plenty of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The host is very responsive. It will be great if the host can provide one more access card, you literally cannot leave or enter the unit without a card. Swimming pool is not well maintained. Please do park at the designated car park lot even if its far from the lift lobby. The security will clamp the car!
