This agent truly understands and anticipates the needs of guests. I was especially touched to find even a body sponge provided, and it was brand new! Thank you for such thoughtful attention to detail, in addition to the overall cleanliness of the unit. My flight arrived early in the morning, and the agent kindly adjusted the check-in time to accommodate that, which was a big help. The location at USJ One is also excellent: it's close to both the BRT South Quay station and the LRT USJ7 station, making it easy to access Sunway and even KLCC. Plus, having MYDIN right next door was incredibly convenient.

Everything about the Saujana was exceptional. We stayed in the Spa, the room was lovely more space than we could ever need. The hotel was quite sometimes we were the only people in the pool. In addition to the pool onsite, there was access to an outdoor 50m 8 lane pool. Being a competitive swimmer, this was a pleasant surprise. The staff couldn't do enough to help .. and the Italian restaurant in the Spa was superb, fine dining with fantastic food and super attentive waiters ..

It’s clean, spacious, private and comfortable. Good facilities ~ swimming pool, karaoke, billiard and tv games. Dining hall is clean, spacious and well equipped with drinks and snacks, microwave, toaster oven and air fryer. Staff and maid are very friendly and helpful. I like my room , it has a hammock that I can rest and relax. Worth the money to stay here. I’ll come back again on my next trip to Subang.
