I had a awesome stay at this hotel during my one night visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that my every need was met. The bar was a nice place to relax in the evening, and the breakfast in the morning had a great variety of fresh options that really started my day off right. The room itself was elegantly furnished, making for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel also had a spa and pool that I didn't have time to try out, but I'm sure would have added to the overall relaxation and luxury of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

This lovely oasis is set in the middle of a bustling city. They have preserved so much of the original building and incorporated it beautifully into the very modern hotel they've created. Nothing is ovverdone. My room was understated and comfy, the bed was great, and the large bathroom had nice little touches that other places I have stayed in do not bother with anymore. And for me, having an elevator was a treat! The breakfast buffet was a lovely spread, covering all food groups. Plus, the staff is right there to take your order for hot food if you wish. The dining area was well-lit and spacious. The staff was warm and friendly and did not roll their eyes upon learning that I did not speak Portuguese. They helped me find where I needed to go and worked out a path on the map. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay and wish I could have stayed longer. I felt well taken care of and would happily return!

As a history buff, the best part of this hotel was that there was a museum with Roman ruins right inside! The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the best restaurants, shops, and museums. We didn't have breakfast included so only had it twice but both times it was delicious and plentiful, with many selections. The staff was great as well, especially Bruno who was so helpful throughout our stay!

It’s like oasis in a desert! Absolute paradise! Accommodation was clean and provided us with everything we wished for. Our children enjoyed playing in swimming pool, feeding tortoises, parrots and rabbits. They were picking juicy oranges from the trees every morning to prepare freshly squeezed orange juice! We forgot our jackets on our last day and owners kindly posted them to UK with no extra cost! Who would do that?! Place is amazing☺️ would highly recommend 🥰🥰🥰

The Village Casa 2 is a nice one-bed house in the middle of an oasis of trees, cute animals, pool and very nice hosts. The house had everything we need - over, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, tv, great internet connection. We cooked every day and we’re able to have some dinner outside. The house is close by shops, a mercado and the train station. You can walk to Belem tour for about 20 min. Lisbon is 5 euros away with Bolt.

My friend and I chose this place because we wanted to be close to a concert, so we didn't care much about other stuff, except for it to be clean of course. However by the end of the stay we wished we could just remain for another week just to properly enjoy this accomodation. Very clean, tidy, extremely friendly and helpful hosts and also just really pretty in general. The pool is also a big plus. A lovely place overall! 11 out of 10!
